- Onboard is my favorite product due to being able to create a consistent onboarding process and forms to include teaining for all new employees or specific groups of employees based on the specific checklist.
- The on boarding portal task list seem to get deadlines wrong and I don’t know how to fix it because I’m not currently an administrator. But it always tells my new hires that their paperwork is due sometimes on their second day and I think it is feeding off of when the task list got started preemployment instead of from day one.
- I like that employees can clock in and out with ease on their phones, make corrections to their time, manage tax changes, direct deposit changes, and personal information changes.
- There only thing don't like about Paycom is the reports for Labor Allocation does not include the column with exact dollar amounts of the taxes paid by employer and total of all taxes paid for the labor expenses portion of job costing.
