NEOGOV vs Tracker: Which is best for you?

Onboard is my favorite product due to being able to create a consistent onboarding process and forms to include teaining for all new employees or specific groups of employees based on the specific checklist.

The on boarding portal task list seem to get deadlines wrong and I don’t know how to fix it because I’m not currently an administrator. But it always tells my new hires that their paperwork is due sometimes on their second day and I think it is feeding off of when the task list got started preemployment instead of from day one.

Additionally, Tracker's ability to integrate with various tools and platforms, such as GitHub and Slack, makes it a versatile and convenient solution for teams and organizations of all sizes.

Some of the fields are baked in and you’re not able to remove them or change them.
