Paycom vs WorkforceHub: Which is best for you?

Implementing Paycom was a huge project as my company uses Paycom for many HR functions (Payroll, timekeeping and attendance, applicant tracking, performance management, and license management.

This function changes alot and one frustration we have is that when those updates happen and we make a change to an employee, something breaks and we have to dig in deep w/ our specialist to figure out how to fix it.

I appreciate how WorkforceHub centralizes scheduling, time tracking, and employee management, saving a lot of admin time.

Other Payroll platforms gave me limited types of reports I can run and that makes it harder for a business owner to truly analyze all aspects of their team's cost.
