- It's an awesome and complete tool to recognize employees, the best perk is that the tool is very efficient, so whenever there is a recognition to anyone is fast and that credit is available to be used for a lot of variety of gift cards, those gift cards also come really fast to your email and they always work.
- Cons of Workhuman include its high cost (may be in few markets), complex initial setup, potential integration challenges, feature overload, and difficulty in ensuring consistent user adoption.

- It has been an excellent option at a good price, this makes work more fun for the employees, they feel more committed and happy with the company, it creates the feeling of a family, it creates comfort and good business vibes, there is a lot of laughter and happiness in these awards for their monthly effort, we have best colleague or employee of the month programs that make everyone work harder, it also makes their girlfriends or their families feel more attached to the collaborator continuing to work with us.
