About Sesame HR

Sesame HR is an all-in-one HR software designed to help companies automate their HR processes in a centralized and secure way, make data-driven decisions with always-updated information, and create the best experience for their employees.

It’s a multi-device tool (for computers, tablets, and mobile phones) synchronized in real-time, allowing you to access your team’s information anytime, anywhere. Data is securely stored in the cloud to prevent important information from being lost.

Sesame HR keeps teams connected, communicated and informed. Its notification system alerts you about changes, requests or incidents, allowing you to resolve them instantly. Additionally, you can customize automations and choose which notifications to receive, such as inactive employees, unregistered clock ins/outs, or excessive worked hours.

Great overall experience. I would recommend it for any company that need time tracking tool.

DO NOT get this program, better options.

I wanted to implement further down the road for my company but after all the issues and lack of customer support, will never look back once I finally accomplish taking my card off file.

Pros:

Quality system but terrible customer support. They are quick to get you on board, but good luck trying to leave without multiple charges.

Cons:

The support team lacks attention to the issues. I’ve been charged regardless of canceling and following their instructions. It should not be this difficult to terminate a monthly subscription.

Muy decepcionante.

Muy decepcionado de por el mal funcionamiento y por la mala asistencia al cliente: Hemos tenido una experiencia pésima con Sesame HR. La interfaz parece moderna, pero el sistema es poco intuitivo y está lleno de errores.

Ninguna, tenia funciones interesantes, per a la hora de la verdad ninguna funcionaba correctamente.

Cons:

Hemos tenido una experiencia pésima con Sesame HR. La interfaz parece moderna, pero el sistema es poco intuitivo y está lleno de errores. Las funciones clave, como el control horario y la gestión de ausencias, no funcionan correctamente, lo que ha generado caos en nuestra organización. Además, el servicio de atención al cliente es muy lento y no ofrece soluciones efectivas. Prometían ser una solución todo en uno para la gestión de recursos humanos, pero ha sido una gran pérdida de tiempo y dinero. No lo recomendaría en absoluto.

TE COBRAN UN MES MAS AUNQUE NO LA USES

mala... no he llegado a usarla, no es para PIMES. Te venden muy bien la moto al principio pero luego como todo, cuando te quieres dar de baja, te quieren cobrar mas por no utilizar sus servicios.. Pondré una reclamación en consumo.

Realmente no me ha gustado. Es para grandes empresas, no para pequeñas muy complejo para una PIME. Es demasiado enredosa, para empresas pequeñas que no tenemos dpto de rrhh ni tiempo para gestionarlo.

Cons:

Muy muy buen servicio para darte de alta, muy atentos todo muy bien, hasta que te quieres dar de baja y te cobran un mes mas si o avisas con 30 días antes, por que ellos lo dicen así.. Vamos que si en vez de 30 te dicen que 90 tienes aceptarlo. Les he tenido que mandar 3 correos para que me contestaran ya que la atención ahora que me quiero ir no es la misma.

Nada, de entrada la forma de venderlo con ofertas rápidas de consumo me dió que pensar, como comprando con cupones... no existe trato humano, tienen todo hecho para arrinconarte a soluciones web, por lo tanto el trato personal esta descartado

Cons:

Lo contrate para solucionarme problemas, no para que me los diera, hay que sacar citas, hay que tener formación con citas previas, no cuando lo necesitas, sino cuando pueden los formadores, hay que adaptarse a ellos y no ellos a ti Facturan sin dar servicio... pides explicaciones y dicen que ellos no tienen la culpa Yo si vendo leche, no la facturo hasta que no la lleven, no cobro por abrir el supermercado... ellos sí, independientemente que no acaben de explicar si se adaptan a tus necesidades

Pros:

I love to having this tool at my work. It is a great software to track time in companies like mine where there are flexible work hours, this tool allowed having the supervision and analyze the employees productivity.

Cons:

The software developed some apps where the employees could also request their vacation time and everything through their phones. It make things seem easier but they left requesting the information to last minute and the software had issues with the past events.
