Top Echelon vs ZipRecruiter: Which is best for you?

I like Top Echelon for the ease of use, that they are always adding more value to the platform in how to source, how to contact candidates or clients, ease of posting jobs, add on to get the jobs out on other job sites, multiple ways to go about a task, quick and efficient customer service people who always have the answer, training resources, and webinars to help me be better at my job.

The newest changes have some issues like the Placement report doesnt show Recruiter name.

The amount of emails I received from ZipRecruiter became overwhelming. While I appreciated the ones that matched the description of the type of employment I was looking for, I felt some of them did not tie to the correct area of what I would want to apply for.
