UKG Ready is a human capital management platform designed to centralize HR, payroll, benefits, talent management, time tracking, and scheduling. UKG Ready is time well managed.

My overall experience with UKG Ready is good. The app made clocking in and out accessible. It also made time management easy.

I really like all the features in UKG Ready and it's easy-to-use interface. It's an all-in-one platform and has so many uses.

Cons:

UKG Ready has long loading wait times and after updates I need to put all my information back into the app.

UKG for timesheets is very convenient

Overall, it’s a very convenient and smooth app to use. I also like being able to add a bookmark to the homepage of my laptop, that allows me to go right inside the app.

Pros:

I’m able to track my employees time, so that way when I submit their hours for payroll, everything is right there inside UKG

Cons:

besides the occasional lag, I really have no issues with UKG, and I’d recommend this app to anyone. I’ve never had any complaints, though.

UKG Ready Review

Overall, I am happy with the app and the fact that it is easy to use and very self explanatory. I also prefer apps as to having to use software on web browsers, so I am happy that there is an app that goes along with the product.

Pros:

I like the ease of use and the fact that there is an app to go along with the software. It is pretty self explanatory when needing to clock in and out and keeping track of my hours I have worked, and still need to work.

Cons:

What I like least about UKG Ready is the fact that it does not allow you to clock in and out unless at work. Being an event manager, working certain events off-site, this is very inconvenient needing to pull out my laptop as opposed to using the app.

UKG Review- seamless

I believe UKG has been one of the easiest and most seamless payroll areas of medical I have worked in. The customer service is also very helpful and quick with responses.

Pros:

The payroll processing is seamless and it is very simple to look at time cards and fix mistakes or add PTO to a day. It shows you each area of the time off you have accumulated and not just a generic message.

Cons:

It was very difficult to get to the benefit section or figure out how to edit your time that was already added. It is simple to fix the time card but getting to the section needed was confusing.

UKG all the way to me

I’m my opinion I found it more worker ready than most apps . Especially with the making funds available per shift sure it maybe only half it’s still very convenient

Better than most when it come to time keeping to me in the sense of immediate having more conscience time management also a very useful customer service support system.

Cons:

That the lag between pay to available funds only being 50% is not enough for those who work so hard to earn immediate available

UKG Ready, useful and effective

UKG Ready makes life as an employee much easier for me. I can check my timesheet and correct it with ease as well as make sure it has been submitted.

Pros:

The interface is very user friendly even for beginner users. It is easy to check and correct your timesheet as well as using to clock in on mobile.

Cons:

Loading time on mobile can take a bit longer than I would like when trying to clock in quickly which can be a bit of an issue.

I really enjoy using UKG Ready because it is easy for me to track my time on the app. The app has made my workday easier. It was worth my employers time and money to use this app for employees.

I like how easy it is to clock in and out of the app. It saves me time on the daily. I also enjoy how easy it is to schedule my days off in the app. There are many of other features that i'm excited to use.

I dislike the customer support feature on the app. They are not always readily available when support is needed.

Pros:

Tool is very easy to use. Not a steep learning curve at all. The dashboard that shows your schedule/time off/ etc is a one stop shop for viewing the most pertinent info.

Cons:

Some things can be difficult to find. Have to poke around a bit to find the info you are looking for.
