Excellent as a time tracker tool and leave management. Can also post company-wide messages to keep empoyees informed.

Cons:

Annoying to manually edit times and working hours when forgotten to check the entrance/leave button.

Fácil e intuitivo

No necesita formación inicial, todos los empleados aprenden a utilizarlo rápidamente. La implementación también fue muy sencilla, en apenas dos/tres días ya estábamos funcionando. Tenemos particularidades complejas en la gestión de los turnos de tienda y vacaciones y Woffu es el único software que lograba resolverlas. Podemos clasificar fácilmente el tipo de horas de los empleados, que nos ha ayudado ante una inspección entregar los datos con precisión. Sin duda hemos ganado eficiencia en la empresa y transparencia con los empleados.

La capacidad de llegar a cualquier problemática especial que tenemos, tanto a nivel de control de turnos, horarios, vacaciones y ausencias. Fácil de utilizar por los empleados y para mi (administrador). Implementación muy sencilla y rápida. Los informes son fáciles de utilizar y me dan la información que necesito al momento.

Cons:

No tengo ningún aspecto negativo a comentar.

Not flexible for workers... with flexible schedules

One month ago, my company implemented this tool. Annoyingly, I have to clock in and out every day. I guess it can be helpful in several jobs, but not for others, where flexibility is part of the deal. My experience is bad because my schedule varies a lot and the app does not make it easy to readapt your schedule daily. Also, I forget to log in many times, especially if I am not going to the office first thing in the morning.

The best thing about Woffu is that it offers a mobile app and a plugin for Chrome. So it is handy and easy to use.

Cons:

It does not offer flexibility for the workers. We have a default schedule, and it is not easy or intuitive to insert variations on it. I miss that the Chrome extension could somehow remind you to log in, but I'm not sure if that is a manageable feature to implement.

Todas las funcionalidades que traen sin muy completar y fáciles de manejar. Cuando se aprobó el control horario obligatorio, hemos optado por este sistema de control.

Cons:

Hemos cambiado a Factorial para aprovechar una oferta que nos hicieron desde una consultora, pero no hay nada negativo.

Pros:

Woffu soluciona todas las necesidades que una empresa tiene sobre el control laboral, pero va más allá, aportando valora añadido y mejorando día a día su programa para adaptarse tanto a las nuevas normativas como a las necesidades reales y diarias de cualquier empresa.

Cons:

Por ponerle una pega, es que el programa ofrece tantas soluciones que a veces dudo si le estaré sacando el mayor provecho posible o si lo tendré todo bien configurado.

Penoso y muy lento

La experiencia FATAL. De hecho devolvimos el programa y hemos instalado otro, del cual estamos encantados. Se contrató el servicio Woffu el [contenido sensible oculto] y se pagó la factura correspondiente. En diciembre del 2021 se anuló el servicio, porque hablar con Woffu es imposible, solo funcionan enviando un correo electrónico comunicándoles el problema que tienes y ellos te llamarán, ¿cuando? pues cuando pueden... Contabilidad también funciona MUY LENTO Y MAL, estamos esperando la devolución del dinero y al [contenido sensible oculto] solo hay algún correo diciendo que sigue en trámite. Conclusión: creo que peor imposible.

En principio pinta muy bien, pero el servicio de Atención al cliente es penoso. Muy difícil contactar con un técnico, imposible solucionar dudas dentro del día.

Cons:

No me gusta nada la forma que tiene Woffu de atender a sus clientes. ES MUY LENTO Y PENOSO.Es imposible que atiendan y soluciones dudas en el mismo dia.

Lo uqe más me gusta de Woffu es lo fácil e intuitivo que es de usar. Eso se agradece mucho porque hace que los usuarios sean autonomos y no les cueste usar la herramienta.

Cons:

Lo que menos quiza es el diseño de la herramienta, creo que podría mejorar.

Me gusta la facilidad de uso que tiene, y lo intuitivo que llega a ser.

Cons:

A veces falla a la hora de fichar las entradas y salidas, se queda como colgado. Y algunos informes no son muy claros.

Aplicación sencilla y muy útil

La experiencia es muy positiva, no ayuda a controlar varias cosas. Como caducidad de contratos, el control de vacaciones adjudicadas a cada trabajador, los fichajes, el poder sacar informes. Sobre todo cuando la empresa ya tiene un volumen grande Woffu te facilita mucho el trabajo.

La diversidad de funcionalidades que tiene y su sencillez. Además, que ante cualquier duda o incidencia el servicio técnico te atiende y te dan solución rápidamente.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gusta, es que a veces se crean incidencias al fichar la entrada del personal y al ser muchos se crea un caos a primera hora que no se puede controlar.
