I had a smooth onboarding experience with all necessary documents promptly provided by the support team and user-friendly application platform that made the process efficient and easy to navigate.

Very positive. The platform makes hiring in countries without a legal presence straightforward and ensures compliance with local employment laws. Onboarding is smooth for both HR and employees, and support is responsive when needed.

Workmotion had a number of challenges in their admin and regularly made invoicing mistakes. They lock the platform when you are overdue an invoice. THey increased their pricing based on a number of factors, mostly not within our power to avoid, i.e. building a buffer for separation costs - adding 7% of salary on top of their fees every month, and they charge us 200 for not immediately moving to their own entity in NL (they set us up with a service provider in the past before they had an entity).

My overall feeling is one of complete satisfaction and confidence. WorkMotion made working internationally easy, smooth, and stress-free, and I always felt supported and well taken care of. I’m genuinely happy with the experience and would recommend them without hesitation.
