It's been good, you have to get used to it, but you get to manage your vacations and benefits in a more effective way.

It helps you have control over your schedule, your benefits and also is useful to ask for vacations in an effective and official way. You also get to know your coworkers better!

Cons:

The aspect of clocking in and out is very useful, but it gives you no tolerance, I would like to improve that.

The self serve that gives HR more time to focus on other things, it is really easy to use and it´s always growing and getting even better with our feedbacks and releasing things you always knew you need but didn´t get to put a pin on it and then can´t believe you used to work without that feature.

Cons:

i just need to get to use all the features and the new ones and get all my team to do it more often.

Nice but not that necessary for a small company

The best part is the discounts and how easy it is to upload your vacation days

Cons:

I think its easy to forget what it is used for and not use it, as in a small company like the one im in its only used to ask for days off. The rest of the features are not used or encouraged to use. Also I signed up for one of the anxiety and meditation courses and i found it to be too basic and not that useful either. The content wasn´t rich at all.

Cons:

I had never heard abot the software therefore I had my doubts regarding it, after the gentle learning curve using it has been a breeze
