Pros:

Employees responded well to YuLife as a platform; overall the opinion is that it is an enticing way to engage all ages (particularly younger employees) in risk benefits. In feedback, YuLife consistently comes up in their favourite benefits. They like the focus on wellness. From an administrative point of view, it is very easy to administer and add new hires/leavers.

Cons:

It is expensive and doesn’t integrate well into other platforms. I think that a review in commissions received should be reviewed, particularly for renewing customers.

Great team, great product! If you're looking for a relevant and fun way to support the physical, mental and financial wellbeing of your staff, I'd highly recommend it!

Pros:

The YuLife team works really hard to keep the platform engaging with fun events year-round. I personally find the balance of physical and mental challenges/activities is great and the tangible reward vouchers are very motivating!

Cons:

I liked looking back at how much I'd spent in vouchers, but that's a bit harder now that the wallet has changed. Some people also find it hard to find the mood monitor (but this has been improved and I really like the recent-ish change showing all available actions when tapping on the large coin). The app doesn't always track steps well if you're walking in a large green space.

Happy Days

It is great getting the points after you have done a dog walk or run. And seeing where you are on the leaderboard. I was first for number of months.

It makes you exercise and can manager your fitness. Its a bit of fun with the leaderboard with others in your team. It gives you greats rewards. It gives you tips on exercise and fitness. If you require customer service it is there to help. It is definitely value for money

Cons:

On the activity history it only says Cycling but if we could have running or walking icons that would be great.

Yulife - a great benefit reward app

I like the app, like doing daily sudoku, also it keeps me away form the desk as want to get extra coint, thus need to move, which in exchaneg improves the welbeing aspect. I love the vouchers and more variety of them upcoming. Also, like the CSR aspect with points, just would be great to have more options on donation side, like to select where to donate meals or to which communities, and also have more detailed view where all the donations exactly goes.

Great to have in the toolkit for employee wellbeing

It's great value for money and the team are very responsive whenever I've needed customer support. For a workforce over multiple sites, YuLife brings our teams together for challenges and events which is invaluable.

Cons:

Wish we could spend some of our credit on YuCoins for our team, rather than having to purchase these separately.

Sometimes the app crashes when I am trying to add steps in taking challenges. I do sometimes find it hard to add the apps that have been purchased from the yustore

The team behind the product have all been very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. The benefits available cover something for everyone. It's fun getting a challenge in and friendly competition against colleagues.

Cons:

Hard to get buy-in from all employees to get the most out of the product and make sure they're utilising it as much as they should

A brilliant rewards scheme

A very positive one. It's easy to use and engaging. The app's design makes it easy to join challenges and redeeming vouchers and discounts requires little effort.

Cons:

There isn't a great deal we don't like about YuLife and think that it is brilliant. I guess more personalisation of Yumojis would be welcome.

Pros:

It provides real rewards for taking part in health and wellbeing activities. It reminds you to take care of yourself to carry out the tasks, encouraging breaks and also reflection on habits and self care. It helps you notice your sleep and energy levels and the range of rewards is useful and worth engaging in. The range of workouts and meditations are really good, and rival some paid for apps.

Cons:

A few of the Getting To Know Yu questions are a bit odd - asking if you have problematic social interactions. Also some of the timed tasks need longer to complete, if you have reduced mobility, or live in a hilly area or have to cross busy roads some walking challenges are not realistic.

A fantastic benefit to employees that was easy to implement and maintain. Some great benefits our employees love.

YuLife was extremely easy to implement and onboarding new starters/removing leavers is very straight forward too. It creates a lot of conversation within the office and our teams love saving money on their spending. Seeing yourself on the steps leader board often gives people a nudge to be more active!

YuLife creates a great competitive edge within our teams with a great level of engagement - they all want to be at the top of the leader board or get the fastest YuDoku time! It great in encouraging us to move more. The different features and additional benefits have been a fantastic hit with our employees. It's amazing how quickly the YuCoins add up so we can exchange them for money off vouchers.

Cons:

It's a shame you can only do one YuDoku puzzle a day, it would be great if you could do a few more. Maybe extend the range of vouchers available - but I know a few new retailers have recently been added which is great.
