      Solid, dependable and powerful

      I have built a fully comprehensive digital paperwork system with Forms on Fire for a client. It has transformed their business, automating many manual tasks and saving dozens of hours every month ongoing. The return on investment is off the charts. I also love the fact that the support is so responsive and helpful, even when it's a complex question I rarely need to explain more than once, and answers are timely and helpful, often going the extra mile.

      The best thing about Forms on Fire is the flexibility. It's a blank canvas, you can create any type of form you require. With a little bit of technical knowledge it can be made extremely powerful. I appreciate the fact that it isn't aimed at consumers, as other form builder tools are, so it goes straight to the powerful functions needed in a business environment.
      Cons:
      The built in data dashboards and analytics are adequate but not amazing. However these can be bypassed by exporting data to another platform using the integrations or API, and custom dashboards and reporting can be built there.

      We have loved every bit of this! We love the customization of the forms and how easy it is to implement and adjust based on our service needs.

      Pros:
      To someone who isnt super familiar with computers and tech, this program is super user friendly to both create and use on the app. I am easily able to look up how to insert different things onto the documents I create and it is very simple to edit. This program offered so many features which made it stick out from others. This was the only program that was this easy to customize and had all the features we were looking for. We offer a unique and broad amount of services so finding something universal was very important. When I have trouble I can message a customer service rep and they are quick to answer my question and find a solution. Sometimes, they even do the action for me and teach me how to do it on other documents. Our paperwork/app is constantly live as we are a 24/7 restoration company so being able to reach out and get a response so quick is super helpful to resolve any issues and keep our divisions running efficiently. Our techs use this app even during their emergencies in the middle of the night and the property receives the email and is aware of whats going on immediately. The fact that this program will email paperwork and photos keeps our customers informed at all times is amazing and has been so useful for any issues we run into. Our technicians were able to ease into the app seamlessly. They were able to complete paperwork efficiently and they would make me aware of changes that needed to be made and I could go onto the browser and change it immediately for them to submit paperwork. We are a small company that was still using physical sheets of paperwork out in the field and it was a very smooth transition switching over to this. Within weeks, we were able to covert all of our divisions over to the app. It helped us resolve our main customer complaints about paperwork and photo. Overall, this program has elevated our business and level of our customer service. Our company has been using this program for over 3 years now with over 10 divisions that each require several forms. This has made it so easy to communicate with customers along with acquiring all of the information we need for billing purposes. These forms have also been great with court cases and getting invoices paid because we are able to see approvals and signatures from our customers. Since we first started, we have added new forms and divisions and implementing the app to the daily routine of our guys has been easier than ever. This is our main form of communication and keeping record of all services and jobs we perform so it being so simple and customizable has been amazing for us.
      Cons:
      We sometimes have issues with the app automatically uploading form submissions. Our technicians sometimes have to use the 'force sync' button to upload the document.

      Excellent, this app has enabled us to spend more quality time in the field and less time in the office post processing our field visits. It has increased our accuracy and efficiency. Their customer service is second to none.

      Ease of use - we were easily able to train our seasonal/temporary employees in using Forms on Fire. They love it, enables them to spend more time in the field and less on paperwork. No lost data.
      Cons:
      Very occasionally we have a report that is lost in space, but it's the info. is recoverable from the FoF website.

      Forms on fire combines ease of use, flexibility and cost effectiveness. You can custom make forms in less than 30mins. Their team is very helpful and knowledgable of their product. I used magic device in the past and will not switch back

      Forms On Fire has been a great fit for how we handle jobsite safety meeting attendance. We now have a standardized process, keep records organized automatically, and give customers clean proof of attendance without extra steps. We were all comfortable with it right away because it was simple and hard to mess up. No pushback from the field. Getting set up was actually pleasant. The onboarding folks worked with us to build out the whole setup quickly. The switch from our old process was smooth. We would recommend Forms On Fire to anyone dealing with the same kind of documentation and process needs. For context we complete approximately 200+ forms per month.

      No real con, but adding/editing connected data could be easier. And connected data over 100 rows must be re-imported for any edit/addition/subtraction. No big deal but a bit of a pain.

      The form creation gives a seamless and hassle-free experience, with predefined actions which simplify the entire process. The UI is very clear and user friendly, making it easy for users to create, update, and edit forms more effectively. Security is it's top priority, considering that all data entered is well protected. The application is easy to use on both iOS and Android devices. Customer support is available via chatbots and email, providing immediate assistance and resolving queries quickly. Latest version of mobile app gives better experience to users in speed and performance compared to the older ones.
      Cons:
      Experienced slight delay in using mobile app while offline and app slows down when using camera to capture more images for large forms

      The app is very easy to use once you create your customer forms. You can easily update forms when necessary.
      Cons:
      Updating customer, contact, and inventory lists could be simplified. It takes time to export and import lists when over a certain amount.
