- We initially picked CulverDocs because its a UK based system, so GDPR requirements were met, and the price per user was very competitive. But we've stayed with them because of their friendly staff who can't do enough to help, and their receptiveness with our suggestions for updates, most of which have been implemented within a few months.
- If I had to pick something, it would be that the types of forms we had to create as a business weren't straight forward, and someone that doesn't have as much experience with forms, or someone who lacked computer experience, would take some time to learn how to do it.
- Google Forms has assisted me to gather responses, applications, and reviews within a short period without having to set up any technical tools and pay subscription fees to survey applications.
- Not great with analysing data from surveys, you need to export the information as a csv file in order to complete analytics with the data.
