For a business ready to invest in training and setup, it gives a lot of value and helps centralize workflows. If you’re in a smaller agency or expecting very minimal setup/training, you might find it takes more time upfront to get real benefit.

Template setup is cumbersome, loading broker signatures is a process if you aren't super techy.
