Pros:

In comparison to other programmes, the indent module performs well. In this software, we are using the Indent Order and Indent Receive functions to acquire things for our inventory. Utilizing this software, local purchases for our outlet are also made using Purchase Orders and Purchase Entry.

Cons:

There is a five-day limit on back-date entries. This needs to be brought up again. Severe issues can occasionally arise due to delayed synchronising process

Stock Maintenance for raw materials, packaging items, service items, production items are categorised easily to stock check at the month end. Month end reports like variance and other reports helps completing the inventory.

Multiple reports are available to check the required stock reports. Able to manage entries like wastage, physical stock entry to find the variance etc. Posist Inventory makes simple the orders like Indent ordering, indent receiving to the central kitchen.

Cons:

Sometimes syncing issue but connecting with support can resolve the issue. Backdate entry can be increased for more days.

Uploading the physical stock inventory file is very easy compared to previous one.

Cons:

Its not easy to check the pick up issue for the items &system is also slow compared to previous one

Overall very good system to manage the stock and sales at outlet level as well for base ktichen easy to manage the stock value along with purhcase and transfer to the location

User interface is very good easy to use and manage the system. Suport is very good. Bugs free system which give us more prodcutivity. Support is there 24*7

Cons:

Nothing as off now still working on the system if anything we will get back you for the change and Requirment as well

Feedback / Review About Restroworks Inventory Management Software - Ocean Basket

Purchase Module - Helps to restrict the user to predefined items, prices and suppliers. Setting up rules/policy - Helps to restrict user access levels with approvals based on defined hierarchies. Overall The Inventory Management system does help to identify and fix cost leakages.

Pros:

Setting up rules is a really useful feature. It helps reduce input errors and allows you to set up hierarchies for better control. The Theo Consumption report helps identify variances caused by recipe errors, and not all inventory management systems have this report readily available. The user interface is quite simple. The system also provides excellent in-platform report viewing, so there’s no need to download an Excel file. Excellent Customer Support.

Cons:

Reports could be better. Backdating should be allowed up to the last stock count date. It should also be possible to create backdated stock counts in cases where a stock count wasn’t created on the closing night, even though the count was actually done. Moving average value could also be an option to look at.

Cons:

In SPO, there isn't an option to create an entry as a PO without first creating a purchase order for the vendor.

Simple, Time-Saving Inventory & PO Process with Helpful Team Support

We can update Vendor wise PO as per par stock level and update that to Purchase entry in some clicks. We can update the vendor wise pricing as well and this helps to manage the easy flow while purchase

Inventory Process with Restroworks is simple and easy to work with. Team members are helpful and helped to update the required operation flow. Po and Entry process is fine and time saving. Academy is also a good feature of the application.

Cons:

nothing like to mention but support task closing time is high and need some improvement, which will save our time.

Easy to use in Indent order processing within our outlets and base kitchen. Direct stock entry also made easy and able to manage the stock at the warehouse level. Able to get the all reports like closing stock, variance reports and booking ledger.

Cons:

Indent part some options can be made as mandatory. Some of the queries taking time to get it resolved, it can be done little earlier.

Cockpit App is good. Implementation process is simple and easy. Item master creation is base and easy via excel.

Best Inventory Pos in the Market with the maximum all the features required for operation level. Team are very helpful at the implementation level but support need to improve. Cockpit App is good app for real time data access.

Cons:

Process is little lengthy and support level at the support time is not good so far, This need improvements.
