The Root of our business. Sku labs Does it all.

We’ve been working with Sku Labs for over half a decade, and from day one, it has brought immediate structure to our fulfillment, inventory management, purchasing, and shipping processes. We use it DAILY and it's safe to say it's the heart of our business operations. It seamlessly integrated with our BigCommerce store and provided a way for us to organize, track, and analyze the 1,500 SKUs we manage in our business. Thanks to the purchasing and analytics tabs in the Sku Labs software, we’ve been able to accurately order products in a timely manner, avoiding stockouts and gaining confidence that our inventory counts are always precise. Every aspect of our process—acceptance, cycle counts, and shipping—is meticulously tracked for each individual item. And that’s just the management side! Sku Labs also integrates directly with our shipping department, enabling us to accurately pull and fulfill customer orders. The shipping features help our team identify the correct items for each order using images, internal notes, and any necessary communication between the customer, the shipper, and our customer service team. Batch printing has been a game-changer for our shipping operations, making us incredibly efficient. Finally, my favorite part of Sku Labs is the incredible team behind the software. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting [sensitive content hidden] recently, though we’ve been in touch with them and their team for years. They’ve consistently been attentive to our needs, always quick to address any questions, and willing to go above and beyond to add custom features that benefit our business. It’s been a true pleasure working with them and seeing that they share the same level of passion for Sku Labs as we do for our own business.

Pros:

Sku Labs solved our Fulfillment - Our shipping team has an accurate way to ship orders with multiple check points to ensure accuracy. Purchasing - Allows anyone to accept shipments with accuracy, and automatically adds those amounts to our current stock. No human error. Inventory management - Allows us to have accurate stock counts by removing human error from about every aspect of the process Cycle Counts - Create uniform ways for us to check our stock, dates, and their movement. Product Sales Anaylitics - Seeing how our products are performing with in-depth analytic.

Cons:

In the beginning, as the person responsible for implementing the software, it was a growing process to fine-tune the program to meet our specific needs over the years. The only thing I might have wished for at the time was a dedicated engineer or Sku Labs representative who could focus on guiding us through the features most relevant to our business. With so many powerful options available in Sku Labs, it can feel overwhelming to figure out which ones to prioritize. Having someone provide a bit more dedicated, hands-on attention during the first week—beyond their excellent support line—could be a valuable addition to their onboarding process. That said, they may already offer something like this now, as the company has grown alongside us. To be clear, their customer service is truly incredible, but a more tailored and intimate onboarding experience could make the transition even smoother for new users.

Before SKULabs, we were doing everything manually at House of Tinks, and let’s just say… it was a mess. Inventory mistakes, order mix-ups—it was way too easy for things to go wrong. I did some research, found SKULabs, and honestly, it’s been life-changing. Now everything runs smoothly, my team is way more efficient, and there’s barely any room for error since it’s all automated. The setup process? So easy. They walked us through every step—even when I needed things explained 50 times (lol). We use SKULabs every single day to fulfill orders and manage inventory, and it’s been seamless. Plus, it synced perfectly with BigCommerce, which made the transition even smoother. But what really makes SKULabs stand out is their team. They’re not just some tech company that sells you a service and disappears. They’ve been hands-on the entire time, always there when we needed help. Huge shoutout to [sensitive content hidden], and everyone else who’s worked with us—you guys are amazing! Decent warehouse pick and pack and inventory software.

Overall it’s a great functional program with decent integration- we have had some issues with syncing being delayed

Cons:

The cost is quite expensive and doesn’t integrate with some of our other software- the reporting isn’t awesome and you just get big cvs files.

SKUlabs at work

My overall experience was great, I continue to use this software for work related purposes. SKUlabs has been very helpful especially when we have inventory days. I would like to see an application in the future.

What I like about SKUlabs is that it is essential for my job. I Find it easy to use, especially when I am doing inventory, or if I need assistance managing an order.

Cons:

One thing that I disliked about this product is that even though it is mobile friendly, there is no specific app. I feel like an app would have definitely been beneficial.

The dashboard includes extensive analytics and reporting features for monitoring performance, sales trends, and inventory forecasts. Custom color-coded statuses and tags allow for easy search, filtering, and organization of orders.

Cons:

The platform's workflow customization is limited, and there are integration gaps with popular POS systems such as Vend. Users mention having problems developing complex product kits across several warehouses, as well as issues with QuickBooks synchronization resulting in unnecessary inventory modifications. The reporting system offers just basic CSV exports rather than configurable statistics.
