Overall my experience have been great. It does everything I need in an easy way and helps me keep everything updated, do reports, know in one glance what I have and what is needed.

It is very easy to use and you are able to customize most things you’ll need without too much complication.
Cons:
I have sometimes have trouble with syncing where I need to close completely in all the devices and accounts and then start the app again. It is sometimes a problem if you need a fast report and are having trouble with sync. I would like more control over reports.

Price was important, but also how easy it was to customize and the kind of reports you were able to get. I started using the trial, and because it worked great we decided to buy it. If it wouldn’t have worked as expected, we would have tried the next option in price.

An Inventory Must Have

It is extremely helpful when it comes to keeping track of my inventory. No one wants to count every item every quarter.

How easy it is to add, subtract and edit items. Which is very important so I am not constantly recounting things.
Cons:
It doesn't give real-time low inventory items that need to be ordered. On the front page, it does give items that are needed but the quantity needed is never ordered. There is a disconnect somewhere.

Like having different categories with Tabs, and love being able to add pictures, this program is very user friendly
Cons:
Not being able to see all products at one and the price increase which was more than doubled since we had starting paying more than 3 or 4 years ago.

THE ONLY ISSUE WE'VE FOUND IS WHEN PLACING A PURCHASE ORDER, IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS ADJUSTED MANUALLY IN THE PURCHASE ORDER, AND IS DIFFERENT THAN THE CURRENT PRICE FOR THE STOCK INVENTORY, WHEN RECEIVING THE ORDER, THE ITEMS WILL BE MOVED TO INVENTORY AND SHOW AS A NEW PRODUCT. THE CURRENT INVENTORY WILL ONLY BE ADJUSTED CORRECTLY IF THE PRICING OF THE NEWLY ORDERED PRODUCTS MATCHES THE PRICING LISTED

A bit expensive but worth it as well, That is why I have it as my main inventory application for my company.

Cons:
There is no "set" unit of measure. There is no physical inventory module. Only useful for very small number of items. Overall, the program is just too simple.

Great product for homestaging business - although a little too much functionality

Great experience, fantastic cataloguing option for my home staging business, I havent been able to find anything else as user friendly or simple to see my inventory on hand and set up folders for homes where my staging is located, to easily move inventory from one to the other.
