Stok.ly is a cloud-based platform designed to help small to midsize retailers manage operations related to electronic point-of-sale, stock control, and multi-channel listings. The platform enables users to update data across all eCommerce and other digital platforms in real time. Key features include inventory management, sales order management, order fulfillment, courier management, reporting and accounts management.

The platform enables users to link existing products on eCommerce stores, bulk import products from CSV files and scan tools, generate barcoded receipts, create bulk changes using a setup wizard, view sales performance reports and monitor orders in real time.

    Stok.ly is the real deal

    We have been with Stok.ly over 18 months and cant imagine our business without it. We moved to Stok.ly from the dreaded Cloud Commerce Pro, after several periods of downtime we made the decision to move and it was the best move we could have made. It has improved most aspects of the business on the IT, including adding additional sales channels, automated shipping and price alterations. We have had very few issues with the system and any problems have been resolved very quickly. When looking for a new system we looked at several different systems and it came down to Orderwise and Stok.ly. Stok.ly offered the best overall package for the best value for money. The stock app has made our picking and packing team a lot more efficient and we now have very few stock discrepancies. We are now processing sales orders faster than ever and the system allowed us to send more parcels than ever in 2025. We would definitely recommend Stok.ly to any retail, wholesale or manufacturing business that needs / wants proper inventory control and automation on a large scale.

    Customer Support is very good, from the very first day of onboarding to now. every aspect of the system is easy to use and unlike alot of systems. Stok.ly are always improving with new functions.
    Cons:
    There are currently no cons to the system that are worth mentioning. With computer based system there always glitches but these are fixed quickly.

    We have gone from a pen and paper warehouse to a completely digital system that has streamlined our business immensely. The customer support has been superb since the day we onboarded with Stok.ly and we continue to build a great relationship with the team. We use Stok.ly daily in our warehouse and have found a number of features to now be invaluable. The ease of integration is incredible and has streamlined tasks within our business ten fold.

    I have always discussed our issues with the team who have offered advice and developed soloutions within Stok.ly to resolve them.

    Stok.ly is great!

    Overall, the system is great, its better than our previous system, makes our lifes easy, all of our data is in one place. I would recoemend anyone to get on board with Stok.ly, if your thinking about it, do it! They have helped implemented new things for us that we asked for, which is always good. Shipping orders is easy quick and returns are handled in a simple manner. Every staff member knows what to do, and it makes our customer service 10x better.

    Stok.ly is easy to use it enables you to have all your inventory in one place, Rules are run in the background to run picking and fulfilment, and it just makes our life easier. All of our sales channels come into one place, which allows direct inventory to them, and stock feeds from our suppliers enable us not to oversell a product.
    Cons:
    Customer support is not the best, But it has got 10x better in the past few months. Issues have just taken longer to fix then it should have. Over the past few months issues have got fixed quickly, so hopefully thats something moving in the right direction. I feel that sometimes things are complicated with processes, and this could be made a lot simpler.

    Been using Stokly for a few years now, it has hugely changed the stock management of our business, made booking out and dispatching a lot quicker, better ease of stock management and generally a much nicer system to use.

    Although we haven’t gone live yet, our experience with Stok.ly so far has been really positive. The team has been easy to talk to, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the setup process. The software itself appears incredibly versatile, and the interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even during the early learning stages. At this point, we honestly haven’t come across any downsides. That said, we also haven’t run into any issues yet, so we can’t comment on how problems are handled, but first impressions on support have been great.
    Cons:
    So far, we haven’t come across anything we dislike. As we haven’t gone live yet, our experience has mainly been with implementation and initial setup, which have both been smooth.

    User friendly system which also allows us to integrate products online easily too. Great value for money and customer support.
    Cons:
    Haven't really experienced anything negative from Stok.ly. Being a small business we don't really use a lot of the features Stok.ly provides.

    Previouisly used Stok.ly. Switched to Top to Toe as was slightly mis-lead by them. Moved back to Stok.ly before really getting going with Top to Toe as it was already apparent that Stok.ly was miles better.
