ManageEngine Opmanager has few downsides, including a complex setup process, resource consumption in larger networks, and limited features in the free version.

The fact that it is open source, it will have a positive effect on our budget and free up resources for staff training and other investments that in turn will positively impact out Zabbix utilization

There are issues with data collection timing and accuracy, occasionally causing delays between the displayed information and actual events.
