About SortScape
SortScape is a cloud-based platform that allows small to medium landscape and garden maintenance businesses to manage workflows, staff members, stocks, customers’ requests and issues. Key features include visit scheduling, contact management, employee time tracking and stock administration.
SortScape enables businesses to track employees’ time and materials utilized in the field to generate payroll and invoices, ensuring operational accuracy. It automatically informs customers on upcoming visit plans by sending notifications via text messages and let customers place orders for required work assignments, improving client engagement. It helps users access customers’ details such as contact numbers, location maps, documents, photos, work history and more via mobile devices.
SortScape comes with a drag-and-drop interface, which lets team members schedule multiple visits in a day, enhancing overall business productivity. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via live chat, phone, email and documentation.

On the messaging side, SMS messages are charged based on length. A standard text message is ~160 characters, so longer messages can use more than one message credit. The message is still delivered normally to the client — it just consumes multiple credits due to how SMS pricing works. We keep the default templates short for this reason, and the app shows how many message credits a message will use before it’s sent. If you ever want help reviewing a specific message or example, our support team is always happy to clarify. Thanks again for the feedback and for recommending SortScape!

For the past 2 years i have been using this app with a few glitches at the start but app builder helped fix the issues and has been amazing since. Just needs to have out of range usage. Where is dose not need to reload if you have crappy service of worker has no credit.

Regarding onsite labour, hours can be logged for anyone who exists in the system. You can add users without giving them app access, however they will still count toward your licensed user total. Some customers choose to only create accounts for foremen to reduce licensing costs, but the trade-off is that hours can’t be logged against staff who don’t have accounts.
