LEFTA is a web-based, fully customizable solution that provides a variety of training forms and reports used by most law enforcement agencies. LEFTA is a field training solution that allows field training officers (FTO) to track the performance and training of law/correctional officers as well as emergency dispatchers. LEFTA allows FTOs to implement a field training program that's based on the San Jose FTO program. With LEFTA, FTOs can easily review on-the-job performance during field training periods, track and document FTO training, and monitor the health of the training program.
