  • The new system is trash, fonts too big, stuff is hidden, not easily accessible and overall too difficult to navigate and find things.

  • It’s a helpful case management tool that keeps files organized, helps track communication, and supports daily workflow. While it could be faster and offer more flexibility in certain features, it ultimately streamlines the case-handling process and makes tracking deadlines much easier.
  • I do not like that there are no numbers on the notifications for tasks and texts, that it's just a red dot.
