8am CasePeer vs Foothold: Which is best for you?

It’s a helpful case management tool that keeps files organized, helps track communication, and supports daily workflow. While it could be faster and offer more flexibility in certain features, it ultimately streamlines the case-handling process and makes tracking deadlines much easier.

I do not like that there are no numbers on the notifications for tasks and texts, that it's just a red dot.

Our experience utilizing Foothold has been satisfactory as Foothold provides the needed capacities for us to do our work with patients and generate required reports.

The least thing I like is the notes when printed out now after the upgrade the fonts are way too small.
