8am CasePeer vs Thread Legal: Which is best for you?

It’s a helpful case management tool that keeps files organized, helps track communication, and supports daily workflow. While it could be faster and offer more flexibility in certain features, it ultimately streamlines the case-handling process and makes tracking deadlines much easier.

I do not like that there are no numbers on the notifications for tasks and texts, that it's just a red dot.

Thread lacks customization options, which may be a drawback for some for some of our needs. But overall, it has improved our work.

What I have liked the least is the lack of integration of Thread with other billing Software such as TSheets from Quickbooks, which we use to record time entries for our legal staff as well as run bills/invoices.
