SignWell complies with industry standard e-signature laws and helps users to convert their sales and tracking documents to custom templates. Pros:

The easines and effectiveness. I like how easy it is to use, how easy it is for clients to sign, and how you can save templates.

Cons:

That I cant do the yearly fee. I liked paying a yearly fee opposed to a monthly fee. Not sure why it was changed.

Solid Document Signing Software

I would say it's going very well so far. I think with more updates, this could be a very solid all-around program.

Pros:

The ease of access is really nice, and it is very intuitive. There truly is no way to get confused while getting a document signed. I use this software to get all of my contracts signed since I am an HOA Property manager :)

Cons:

I wish there were more options included in the free version, i know its to promote the paid versions, but there is only so much you can learn to like about the program when most of it is locked, and you can't even see if you like it. I think some options should be more available, with most of the advanced stuff locked. I also wish you could change the name the document sends and add groups to get a signed copy, and not have to list everyone individually. I have not had to use customer service personally

Reasons for switching to SignWell

It was too expensive and there was no free option for less frequent use. I use it a lot but not enough to justify paying for it. I only sign 5 documents a month and that is only during the end of the year so otherwise im out money when i only use it for a few months of the year.

A Space Age Digital Signatures Program Above the crowd!

There is no other program in my knowledge that would come close to this user-friendly space-age program

Excellent, intuitive and easy to use e-signing service.

Other than the sequencing of signatures, which has fortunately not been a critical feature for me to date, it has worked as well as I could have hoped for.

Pros:

Very intuitive and easy to use and not overly burdened with complicated features that I would rarely and probably never use. Good value for money, and even free if your usage needs are limited to 3 documents a month.

Cons:

Only issue I’ve found so far is that the order for gathering signatures hasn’t worked as I’d expected it to, with documents coming to me for signature first rather than to other party, even after I set the order to be other party first. Suspect this is a known bug and will be resolved in an update shortly.

Reasons for choosing SignWell

Better balance of features and costs, and free version enabled me to get up and running without committing until I needed higher volume of signatures (i.e. not simply a block of time).

Cost and paying for more complicated features than I required.

Well thought out UI. Better experience than DocuSign.

The ease of use really stands out. Overall an excellent experience that definitely makes it a better experience than DocuSign. I've already made the decision to shift to SignWell.

Ease of Use for creator, document manager and signatories. The learning curve was steep at all and was able to send an edited document in minutes.

Cons:

Very little. There is little to like the least about SignWell. It does the job and that's what matters most.

I need a subscription to Google Workspace to use this feature which is a drag because I already subscribe to Google Gemini and Google One.

Super Awesome

I've been able to create professional contracts and can see when others have viewed the contract. This is especially helpful to help me gauge their commitment.

I like how it's user friendly. Easy to use and upload a document I've made. Great contract signing abilities.

Cons:

There's not much to dislike. It's done just about everything that I need even in the trial version so I'm sure the paid version will be much more versatile.

Better than other e-signers I've used.

It has all the basic features I need when it comes to contract and document signing, I've not had anything negative to say about it, it does what it said it does.

I've used many e-signers before and Signwell seems to be the most straight forward, with great features and a great UI.

Cons:

Honestly I am struggling to find a reason to not like it, I only use it for basic tasks and it does those perfectly.

Reliable and Easy-to-Integrate eSignature API

SignWell has been reliable and easy to integrate into our automated workflows. It provides a solid signing experience, and although there are areas for improvement, we have found it dependable for production use.

Pros:

The API is straightforward, well documented, and easy to embed within a SaaS workflow. We were able to integrate signature generation into our product with minimal engineering effort. Signature requests reach clients without issues and the signing interface is extremely simple for end users.

Cons:

No Sandbox available for testing. The API does not provide deep control over branding or layout, which can create a slight disconnect when embedding it into a polished, unified product experience.
