I would like all users to see all parts of a case without being a case worker. If I add as case worker, then I can’t prepare accurate case lists.

Thread lacks customization options, which may be a drawback for some for some of our needs. But overall, it has improved our work.

What I have liked the least is the lack of integration of Thread with other billing Software such as TSheets from Quickbooks, which we use to record time entries for our legal staff as well as run bills/invoices.
