8am MyCase vs SmartAdvocate: Which is best for you?

I'm happy with it. As a solo attorney having a CRM like MyCase keeps me organized, it keeps me on task, allows me to make notes and status update, text clients through the platform, and get e-signatures.

As we are based in Australia, if we need direction on something that we can not find the answer to via the online help facility, due to the time differences we have to rely on emails.

I can use my laptop, but to be able to look up a phone number for a client quickly, or access contact information about a judge or opposing attorney -- that would be so helpful.

The one thing I didn’t like about smart advocate was the ability to run reports needed for data tracking.
