8am MyCase vs TrialWorks: Which is best for you?

I'm happy with it. As a solo attorney having a CRM like MyCase keeps me organized, it keeps me on task, allows me to make notes and status update, text clients through the platform, and get e-signatures.

As we are based in Australia, if we need direction on something that we can not find the answer to via the online help facility, due to the time differences we have to rely on emails.

It is easy locating documents and keeping files organized.

The only thing I do not like is that dashbards must be created by the company unless you understand SQL.
