I loved the customer support and knowledge sharing offered by the professionals. We spent a lot of time to go through the platform in detail, understand and compare all the different options and select the one that worked the best for us. I felt very supported during the process and found it easy to set up. It has a great UX and UI, very pleasant to use.

Vestd simplifies cap table management!

I love Vestd as an admin but also a user. The interface is fairly easy to navigate as and admin and really great as a user. There are also many features to uncover and make things easier to manage as a company.

Pros:

I love Vestd for having one source of truth where we can now digitally store all of our documents in one place. The integration with Companies House was a huge selling feature for us as this is a major cost saver as a company and allows you more control over your own filings and ensuring completion.

Cons:

There are some aspects of the upload that are still very manual and I think leave room for improvement. However, the team is really supportive in making sure that you get you onboarded and get everything done correctly.

Overall, the impression from the team is that they are motivated and ready to address all the needs of the customer on the best possible level.

I liked the product overall. From concept to details. Onboarding was very well organized, with right amount of the info. Setting up an equity program is not an easy task and usually requires vast amount of time spent with legal and HR professionals to set this up. With their organization and easy-to use product they made very complex things doable. The employee self-service part and provision of visibility, notifications and explanation of the complex material is on highest level.

Cons:

Nothing to tell so far. This was one of the best customer experience I had compared to other B2B products.
