Comm100 vs Slack: Which is best for you?

Our customers are smart; they are doing their homework, but sometimes just need our validation to guide them to the right product or to help them get the best data from their instrument.

Our biggest challenge by far isn't with the Comm100 platform, it's with "chat" in general as a mindset change internally.

It allows for sharing of documents, links, doing a hurdle, and screen sharing and all those other essential things important in a semi professional environment.

I hate it when I receive a call and I don't have my earphones connected. If I answer the call directly, I find that many times the earphones are not recognized, and usually I need to restart Slack to make my earphones recognizable. When you have an important call, that sucks.
