Cons:

My integration with my business on point Clients never get to claim alot the fact that big file are able to be send via this user-friendly app makes the entire workflow easy and manageable. It support all multimedia format, it extract numbers and send them in bulk on request. A secured database, auto reply filter, unlimited bulk sender meessanger a very convenient app to it's loyal customers indeed.

Cons:

I think feature that could be added when time on is a super easy theme for tge elderly they still find this kind of app complex interms of when what is where and the customer support system is down time is important to keep clients flowing in and out, what's needed is 25/7 support system online,live chat firmly put into implementation.

No reliability when comes to sending bigger files one can forward a messege to more than 1000 in bulks in different groups that alone was bad. It takes forever to send messager to groups or individuals.

WhatsApp the necessary evil

As the product is free there is a strong argument for people like myself not complaining. However after Facebook acquired the program for a collective price of 19 billion dollars one would think they have the budget to make it perform better. Think about what I just said and let that marinade. 19 BILLION DOLLARS. Come on Mark Z - step up your game!

On the PROS side of things the software is very basic and easy to set up. It is a no thrills programs.

Cons:

The CONS unfortunately are greater than the PROS. There is an op-going issue with the web version syncing with the mobile version. Calls drop on a regular basis. Call quality is poor. Bulk distribution of messages to your contact list is poor. The challenge is that there are a number of people that use WhatsApp because it's free and it is their go-to options for overseas communications. It is a necessary evil from a business standpoint as other options are not well marketed so the majority of users continue using this program.

Easy to earn the best in all groups of customers, neighbours, jobss with mass marketing messages, catalogue, videos, PDFs, images, texts all ways of earning money. It notify the acknowledgement of message received and I like it. It is great help in mobile apps. Gives better marketing results.

Cons:

Sometimes we cannot add the customer directly on the contacts. We face some connectivity issues. Others are fine. to me. If I get some contacts directly added I will be very happy.

WhatsApp is a great app

I did not know WhatsApp could make group video call. I usually had to download other apps for that. When I realized that WhatsApp offer group video calls, I Immediately deleted the other apps from my device.

Cons:

A few years back, I wasn't comfortable with smartphones due to some reasons, but I "configured" myself with a smartphone just to become a part of Whatsapp's amazing worldwide community. I think it is a bit difficult to talk about the features of one of the top-ranked social media platforms because everyone knows it's worth it. It's amazing in every field, from text to audio messages and video calling, Whatsapp compels its customers by its performance to stick with it. It's also a great business platform, where you can grow your business. It will do everything for your business from branding to advertising and much more. If you are a social person, as I am, you may join different groups worldwide and there are no limits on that. Now you can share everything with your community, even your feelings. My family members when celebrating birthdays I always join those events on Whatsapp. I never felt myself away from my loved ones. They share photos and video clips, and that's all someone requires from a distance. It's a platform that provides a great balance of individual users to business use. You just need an internet connection now and distance would not matter to you. It's all for your happy world.

Cons:

Although Whatsapp is absolutely brilliant, making a wish is not bad for more improvement. Video clips have size limitations, that must be increased. I also share my feelings as others do on Whatsapp status, there is also a limit of 30 seconds, I have to split the longer video into 30 seconds clips. For video calling I always need a stable internet connection, otherwise, distortion will be frustrated. It takes a few seconds delay to send your voice when you talk to someone on WhatsApp, for new users it takes some time to understand this. Despite these facts, Whatsapp is still awesome.
