Pros:

It's not only easy to use but it's a platform that has allowed me to interact with customers around the world and get instant replies. my favorite feature is the catalog which allows my clients to see my products, the price and whether the product is still available for purchase. Also WhatsApp has no limit to the number of messages sent, and I can send large files in whatever format and the client will receive them instantly.

Cons:

The fact that I can't connect to a wider range of people at the same time via a conference call.

Capable messaging tool

I used it mainly for a specific client. It is fine and worked well. But I wouldn't consider moving from Slack or Google because we're already established with those tools and WhatsApp doesn't seem to offer any additional features that would warrant a big move on our part, even with the free price tag.

Pros:

This is a really good tools that i have use for managing my WhatsApp marketing, which really helpful in creating a message response and a template for message blasting. The report analytics is really good, especially that i can see the open rate for the message that have sent.

Cons:

One of the things that i think it has some weakness in the software is the media management. It always making the software to hang or crash if there are many media is attach to the message, like a photo or audio. I have to compress the photo quality to make it lighter and not crashing the application.

To be honest I love everything about what's App but the feature I like most is chats. What'sApp gives that level of security when contacting friends family even sending contents.

Cons:

I dislike the feature where your on a call but if a another call comes in it let that person know your on a call. You guys removed that with the update some am perfectly fine.

Pros: A wonderful platform where you can to setup an account and leave automatic replies for your wonderful customers to feel that they are being occupied with all the time.

Cons:

Cons: The sending time sometimes delays when you send bulk message, you will need a dedicated sim card mobile number. The restrictions also on how many messages you can send per hour.
