Pros:

The service itself does exactly what it promotes it would do. That's not the reason for my review. The SUPPORT provided is absolutely top notch! The first level of this (the online material) perfectly spells out, step-by-step, how every piece of their system works. The chat service they provide is amazing. Perfectly detailed, always able to answer questions 've had, and the quality of support/friendliness is amazing. Couldn't e happier with ANYTHIGN another service could provide!/

Cons:

I have to be honest here. Initially, I didn't really know much difference between Livepush and other options I looked at. I 100% purchased their service based on the friendliness of the support person answering my questions through their livechat. The ONLY thing I can think of would be to somehow differentiate what they do from what others offer. I really just got lucky picking them.

Pros:

i really like support and how they deal with my request and most of the time they even develop a feature in real time even if it is a test or a demo they are welling to help whatever it is.

Cons:

i asked for a feature like Pull streaming and they told me they are working on it.

Scam company. Avoid at all cost!

Had to stream an event from a pretty big company (over 20 accounts connected) and it was a total failure. - The platform does not stream well. I streamed through two different software and the quality on this one was very bad in comparison. - There's no data available about viewers nor the live-stream - I keep getting charged after cancelling all the plans. - Customer care is non-existent, I've emailed at least 3 times without a response. My company is in the process of escalating this but I doubt anything will happen.

In an age when live streamers are pushing to multiple different platforms, Livepush is stepping up in a big way to serve them. After exhaustive research of software that would allow me to utilize all my social networks to stream to, I finally landed at Livepush. It was really just luck that I found out after working with them that they were indeed the best solution out there for the money. Sure there are great options out there for multistreaming, but they're EXPENSIVE. Livestreaming is extremely affordable for me, and I stream 2 hours a day, five days a week. The customer service is great too. They answer questions immediately, and even engage with their engineers quickly to try and build custom solutions if there's something you need. Customer service isn't dead. Livepush is a great value and I will recommend them to my clients and friends as well.

Cons:

At the moment the multi chat is a bit buggy, but I know that's a very tricky thing to get right. And they're actively communicating with me about what they're doing to fix it. So again, I don't really have many complaints with them. They've made multistreaming my daily show so easy.

Livepush isn't perfect, but for the price it's worth the investment.

Very positive. I'm getting exactly what I paid for along with an eager customer service team. The service works as intended. To me, that's all it needs to do.

It works. I can live stream to multiple destinations at one time in 1080p for a great price.

Cons:

There are some small issues, like accurate destination titles, but every time I bring one up to customer service, they are eager and ready to fix whatever is broken.

Reasons for switching to Livepush

Although restream.io has a few more features, at the end of the day those features are meant for beginners who don't know how to use a proper live streaming software like OBS. That and the fact that restream.io charges twice as much for lower resolution, making the switch to livepush was a no brainer.

Livepush offers scheduling features not found elsewhere plus excellent support

Very positive experience with Livepush, with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] on daily support and also initially with [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. Livepush responded quickly, understands the questions and business scenarios perfectly, understand how their own software works, and offer suggestions as to how it can be used to accomplish different business goals.

Pros:

Ability to pre-schedule multiple videos for live streaming. Nice user interface. Super-helpful support. Really took the time to really understand my fairly unusual use-case, and were able to create a custom package for me that would meet my needs, and really quickly. Super helpful.

Cons:

I haven't gone fully live with our maximum scheduling use-case, so I haven't been able to rate all the features. But I will do so afterwareds.

Livepush has livestream scheduling features that I couldn't find in any other product. And Livepush's support is exemplary. And it is a reasonable price for all the functionality offered.
