Classe365 vs Classter: Which is best for you?

Being a very small institution with about 60 students per year this system works well for us and is at an affordable/scaleable/modular pricepoint. As we have grown we have added modules and serivices to better utilize the platform for our needs.

Their customer service is not good and response time in critical seasons of our school are horrible.

I love that they teach you how to use the backend of the system to equip you with the tools to continue to make changes as you move toward a student information system that best suits your school.

Some reports especially in the logistics and finance section could use a bit of tweaking. Since though the Finance department is very demanding on the way results are displayed and with the amount of info they can get from a single screen its a common dislike across many platforms besides Classter.
