Pros:

I value ClickMeeting for its ease of use and clear interface. From the perspective of an event organizer, the system's intuitive operation and extremely competent and swift customer support are also significant. We have been using the ClickMeeting webinar platform for many years and cannot imagine switching.

Cons:

Managing uploaded files and certain limitations regarding formats can be problematic.

My platform ClickMeeting

The platform is more user-friendly than others, it is easy to find all the buttons, there is a good connection quality. When the expectations of participants change, it is possible to quickly find the material that has already been saved.

Pros:

Our experience using the platform has been very positive. Logging in is simple, just using a web browser. Recording of meetings and use of recordings is unproblematic. The platform allows sharing the recording with all webinar participants and it's just through one click. Possibility to transfer the recording to an archive and to use it later without having to save it to drive is really convenient.

Cons:

In this respect, the most annoying thing is the low GB capacity of the recordings and the necessity to pay extra for the additional space.

Scam - Cancelled Account and They Keep Reinstating Without Permission

Terrible. Customer service was extremely slow, they hung up on me online several times and when I finally got through they either lied to me or didn't follow through. I have now spent 7 hours total cancelling an account that I tried out that was supposed to be a demo and was never used.

I cancelled the first time in Nov 2023. They put it on a hiatus for 3 months which I agreed to. I cancelled before the 3 months and they charged me anyway. I asked them to cancel my account (by the way, they left me on hold for 3 hours and I had to follow up 5 times and they said that my account was cancelled. They didn't cancel, they put it on hold again, and I just got charged again for a service that I am now on the 3rd time of cancelling.

A very good platform for organizing training courses

We have been organizing webinars for several years, always using CickMeeting. The platform provides various tools and works with various add-ons, so we can mostly adapt it to our needs.

Horrible functionality and customer service.

It was easy to set up it got increasingly complicated with so many unnecessary options that weren't well explained.

Cons:

EVERYTHING else was horrid. I lost 75% of my attendees due to the terrible functionality and un-user friendly platform.

Reasons for switching to ClickMeeting

They were extremely helpful both over the phone and via email. Prompt responses etc

Our Support Team informed you about the situation: "In that case only 25 attendees will be allowed to enter the webinar room. Additional people would be put in the waiting room and displayed a message that the room is full. You can, however, upgrade to a paid plan if that happens - you would see a notification about the room being full on your end as well". We hope this clarifies your query. Pros:

The platform allows inviting guests who have participated in previous meetings. The ability to record and download meetings is also one of its greatest advantages. Generating automatic invitations is a significant convenience. We highly appreciate the fact that all technical aspects are taken care of by Clickmeeting, so we don't have to worry about them.

Cons:

It's hard to identify any drawbacks of the platform when it has met all the expectations and needs of a small organization like ours. We have never encountered any difficulties at any stage of organizing webinars.
