Pros:

Our ability to master the platform in such a short time. When we were nervous that we'd have more people than intended, upgrading was a breeze. We don't need to purchase additional administrator accounts or logins for each user that wants to create an event. For our little team, this solution was just what we needed, and it didn't appear to be designed for a corporation that employs a complete staff simply to deal with webinar software and technology.

Cons:

When it comes to designing and using individual presenter profiles, we've run across some issues. It's frequently difficult to recognize who's speaking at a conference since we use the same profile for several people.

Excellent experience, support and simplicity

I like ClickMeeting because I can easily schedule a webinar, invite participants, and focus on content rather than technical issues during the presentation. At the same time, I can always count on online support, even during the event, which adds to the convenience of conducting a webinar.

Intuitive interface, attractive graphic design, comprehensive and high-level copetent support, ease of use of the webinar room, ability to moderate chat, presenting one time offer,

Cons:

No option to play videos directly from the presentation, Sometimes it is difficult to notice, for example, checkboxes, because they are very delicately marked in the admin panel.

I regret using ClickMeeting

Terrible, I regretted paying for it soon after and was hoping that it will turn out OK.

Nothing. The price is low but I would rather pay more for a decent product.

Cons:

Extremely limited customization of just about everything. You have no idea what kind of automated emails are sent to the people registered at your event, the functions and options are extremely limited and unclear, their invoicing system is a complete nonsense with non-itemized invoices being sent for service charges. This is not even a beta product, but an alpha product and looks like someone is testing a product on real paying users. I wish I would have used a more expensive service.

ClickMeeting offers a very intuitive interface and reliable performance during large-scale webinars. The platform is perfectly suited for professional training sessions and conferences — even with several hundred participants. Everything works very well — I would just love to see even more interactive features in the future, because the current ones are already great.

Pros:

Easy addition of new webinars. The webinar room works well. Recordings are OK. The CTA banners work nicely (finally, there's an option to save templates), as do the QA mode and screen sharing. Support is fast. Good integration via Make.com.

Cons:

The permanent room doesn't work entirely intuitively—it's more like a renewable room because all registered participants can join only the most recent session, but not subsequent ones. I'd rather have a version where the room remains permanently available to anyone who has ever registered. I wish there would be statictics of people clicking CTA banner to be able to adress them separatly.

ClickMeeting is a tool for organizing webinars, trainings and online meetings. We have been using it for a few months and here are my impressions. >Intuitive interface The administration panel is clear and easy to use - even people who are less familiar with technology will be able to handle it without a problem. >A wealth of functions ClickMeeting offers many useful functions: screen sharing, chat, Q&A sessions, interactive whiteboard, surveys, tests and the ability to record meetings. It works great both for live presentations and in automatic webinar mode.
