-not overwhelming with too much information -all of the important information is covered in a clear and concise manor -some of the built in quizes and tests are helpful in making sure the user knows the most important information -in general, continu is intuitive to use and very straight forward and user friendly -the content is fairly relevent to my company's industry and policies

-it is sometimes frustrating to use when multitasking because the video or the audio is stopped if we are not on the screen that continu is on

There are some complexities with workshop creation and content creation (e.g., SCORM packages within a piece of content will not update for learners who have completed a prior version."

My experience has been just OK. This product does the bare minimum for us, but does not go above and beyond in any category. There is a lot of confusion around how to use it and the best way to do things in the platform, along with frequent bugs resulting in many support tickets.

The ease of continu, it is user friendly, so our new hires typically do not have trouble with finding tracks and dashboard so we love that
Cons:
I hate the update, and how assignments are now categorized verses just listed out, we find a lot of people recently have been stating they are unable to find their assessments or tracks specifically assigned to them.

easy to use and the discover landing page and people search functions are unique among LMS that I've seen in terms of their efficacy

the reporting is still a bit janky - I'd prefer better in-platform reporting dashboards vs excel downloads
