Worost experience we lost our contract becuese the app not working no support at all

Worost expericene once u taken the account support is worost single person will work for 300 to 400 accounts just imagine how support team is

Nothing they are very strict about their payment but least worried about Client support worost experience. We almost paid 3lakh per month since from 2 years we don't have dedicated account manager nothing

Cons:

SUpport is worost. Most of the times app wont work properly

Pros:

Course building, free preview, Payment gateway and It doesn't lag.

Cons:

The application asks to disable developer options in order to start using the application. A lot of people don't know how to disable that and they face difficulty after installing the application. Also No customisation in Application. One should be able to do some customisation in app as well.

A complete learner management system for institutions

With edmingle we are now running all our classes in the hybrid mode, students can attend the class from anywhere, they get the live class recording on there portal. It is also useful in keeping the track of the outstanding. We got our play store app also included in this

All the features required for managing the classes and students with good support

Cons:

Waiting for the feature to enter the refund entries of the students and just some integrations with leadsqaured and whatsapp are expected

I am happy using it. I will not change even if i am provided with something better at lower cost as I know edmingle team is honest in commitment and delivery.

I can manage the onboarding of the customers along with the certifications with ease without any facilitator.

Cons:

On Premium Monthly Subscription - Mentioned 2 Zoom Premium Licenses but only one is active, which has to be changed. The Website Builder is still in Beta mode even after 6 months of subscriptions had been over, the technical team can work on it with more customizing options for the customers. Support team queries can be looked out quicker than the time it actually takes. The curriculum page still isn't working properly.
