L&D with a rich content hug and seamless integrations

Overall Go1 dramatically improved our learning and development capabilities. We accelerated onboarding , compliance training and professional development tracks all from a central high quality content hug. the platform ease of integration with tools loke teams and Docebo reduced administrative overhead. Completion rates rose and learners appreciated the flexibility to learn anytime, anywhere. while customization and analytics could be better , the quick time to values and centralize learning content made Go1 indispensable for our L&D initiatives.

What stands out Go1's massive, high-quality content library over 100,000 courses sourced from hundred of learning providers, covering compliance, leadership, technical skills, wellness and more. The variety made it simple to curate playlists for different departments , roles and career levels. Integration capabilities such as with Microsoft team and Decebo made embedding Go1 content into existing workflows effortless. Finally the platform is intuitive , with clean navigation and a mobile responsive interface that supported learning on the go

Cons:

Despite its breadth some content felt outdated or inconsistent in delivery quality certain courses were long videos without interactive quizzes which impact engagement. Custom course authoring lacked flexibility to craft truly unique learning paths, Advanced reporting features like predictive analytics ore real-time insights were not available out of the box and often required coordination with our customer success manager

Reasons for switching to Go1

I switched from Linkedln learning and internal sharePoint based training. While Linkedln learning offered quality content, Go1 provided broader content diversity and better integration with out LMS.

Frustrating system to use.

I'm logging tickets with GO1 almost every 2-4 weeks. Easily the software that I've logged tickets with the most. I'm told that this is the way things are - even though they inefficient. I'm also told that it's not GO1 fault. It is Employment Hero.

We use GO1 through its partnership with Employment Hero. GO1 is Employment Hero's integrated learning management platform. GO1 allows you to create your own learning modules which we used for our internal training.

Cons:

The training that you create in GO1 be deleted! If you've made a mistake or created the wrong content you cannot delete it. You can only change the training title and content to one that you need. The system is very slow to respond, e.g. I delete an assignment (training assigned to a user), but the assignment remains despite multiple page refreshes and notifications from the system saying that assignment has been removed. The system also sends email notifications to a manager if their employee hasn't completed training but even though employees have done it, managers have still received them. Users also still have their training status show as assigned when they have in fact completed them. GO1 also doesn't let you update a user's email if it was used previously when they worked for another organisation. You can have to contact support to get this done. The craziest things is that to download reports into CSV, I was asked to learn how to convert JSON into Google Sheets. They gave me instructions from Github on how I need to do this! While you're creating content on certain pages, move your mouse a little bit and your page is lost - it's actually gets saved as draft. The system is not intuitive. If you want to create completion reports to see the completion status of multiple training modules, you'll need to get the IDs of those training modules and enter each of them into the filters of your search.

Pros:

The content library is quite extensive, so the likelihood that is has what you're looking for is high. The variety of courses that are offered in multiple languages is great for global organizations. The search functionality within the library is also quite good. The fact that it integrates seamlessly with our existing LMS is helpful for the employee experience. The support we get from our CSM is fantastic.

Cons:

The frequency of retiring courses and/or providers parting ways with Go1. We put a lot of time into vetting courses that fit what we need, then setting them up with the right assignment rules, and reporting on their completions. When a course suddenly retires, it can be a hassle to replace it.

Reasons for choosing Go1

We wanted something we could control - as in what content goes to our learners to choose from. We also wanted something that would integrate with our LMS to make the user experience as easy as possible.

Reasons for switching to Go1

Variety of course options available - both for compliance/legal/secops but not just those things - we also now can offer courses on Excel, change management, and "soft skills"

Essential platform for Driving Organizational Growth and Employee Development

We use Go1 to facilitate skill development and learning for team members especially the newly hired interns in the organization. The platform enables me to provide structured courses across domains including functional, technical and soft skills. The key business problems addressed by using Go1 is around inconsistent training quality and inefficiencies in skill gap analysis. Large Variety of Videos

Overall, my organization used Go1 for about 1 year. We purchased licenses through our LMS provider. We used all of our credits, and when it was time to renew, we decided to use other platforms

What I liked most about Go1 was the amount of trainings that are on the platform. It is a nice variety.

Cons:

What I liked least about Go1 is the quality of the trainings. For the topics I needed, they were mostly videos, not really any interactive/SCORM training.

My Experience using Go1

Go1 is the perfect LMS for any small medium or big company it can run various teams exercise to strengthen the core values of the company. Its tasks are interesting to do and learn innovative ways. Go1 also provides the certification after completing the courses it motivating the person to complete more courses. its library is huge I also love to access to learn personality development exercises.

Go1 is a vast Cloud-based LMS system. Its team has the innovation that makes us run this software more and more. I love its tasks and courses designed by the team it's very engaging and helps our employees to learn new ways of marketing and writing. I love tracking the reports of the employees who are not doing great with the courses. I can address my team altogether to understand the problem. Go1 can give training to our employees in days with tests and assessments which manually take months to do. It's a great LMS I love using it.

Cons:

As far as I have not seen any cons about Go1 but some of the courses take time to load after that I found everything is good.
