It was very easy to use and made it simple to complete assessments and add notes and photos.

Cons:

I had to make sure I added the form name to the title. Otherwise it was difficult to find the exact forms later.

Small Business EHS Review

Great experience! I am now able to offer my clients more value, better compliance systems, and scalable compliance tools for their business. I can also handle more clients now because the system took off the large administrative load I previously had to do on Google Drive and SharePoint.

Pros:

The product is customizable and affordable for small businesses. As a consultant with multiple clients, each has unique needs, and the need for customization was critical. This software was the only software I could find that offered this customization. Another great part of this software is that is it affordable for my clients that are small businesses!

Cons:

Overall, the software was still early in development, so there were some bugs to work through. That is to be expected with any software though. The team handled these bugs quickly and offered solutions in a timely matter.

Reasons for switching to Proact

The administrative load and the difficulty of keeping all documents organized so my clients could easily access them. Also, the fact that now I can automatically email my clients the compliance items they need to complete each month.

Essential for our operation

The biggest pro for us is the document, and compliance management

Cons:

It did not take long to get set up, but initial set up is always the most difficult part of any new software application.

Pros:

We needed a solution that gives us visibility with all things safety. Onboarding contractors, new employees, training, incident tracking, toolbox topics and audits. Proact gives a way to configure a solution that matches our changing environment.

Cons:

There are very few things we didn't like. The reality is the time involved to set a system up like this should be expected. No system can turn on with a flip of a switch.

Really enjoyed how it tailored to our organization and how quickly the platform was to set up. The user experience was light years ahead of our past vendor so our user adoption was very quick.

Cons:

Not really. We are a few months in and all feedback is positive.
