  • I enjoy the ease-of-use and speed at which we were able to get up and running with our training program, especially with different users in different areas, time zones, etc. Many of our users have said that it is easy to navigate and I've received little if any complaints about how to use the system.
  • I'd like an easier way to build in more areas for customized design, fitting in more logo space (this is SOOOO frustrating!), etc., with a broader color pallet to match company colors.

While there are areas that could benefit from more advanced customization and deeper analytics, I found Thinkific to be a strong, user-friendly solution that made online course delivery both accessible and effective.
  • One issue we had with the platform was the fact that our e-Learnings needed to be uploaded as multimedia files to meet a similar structure to how we used to manage our courses in our old system.
