Overall a good LMS with off-the-shelf training and custom training options

Easy to set up. Using a combination of off-the-shelf training and developing our own custom. Appreciated the overview with tech rep on call (and they recorded so can reference it as needed) as well as the scheduled training. Was able to get up and going with just an hour of training and a few emails to support as needed.

Pros:

Wide variety of off the shelf training available & ability to combine different libraries as needed. The ability to develop the custom training and upload. Ability to easily assign to people or groups & track completions, set repeat reminders on custom/desired timings. Like that we can email support with questions and get a response fairly quickly. Like the ability to set up quizzes in our custom trainings and the options in quizzes.

Cons:

Classes are all about 30 minutes. Wish there were some quick refresher or just key points trainings of 5-10 min. Reporting - not as simple, seems clunky, maybe i'm just still learning how to use reporting but i find it easier to summarize all classes, % complete and who hasn't completed all in one space in excel vs can't seem to get a report like that in TT.

Training Today offers self managed training for employers to meet local, State, and Federal regulations. It allows us to customize the training and give our employees the best experience.

Cons:

The flow of the website is confusing at times making it hard to track courses taken vs. courses that are needed to be completed.

Easy to use website and easy way to track progress. Good selection of courses. Customer Service are always helpful. Cost is a great value, it is less than our payroll company has to offer.

Cons:

It is not intergraded with our payroll software. We have been using this site for several years and I cannot think of any other cons.

Cons:

I'm not a fan of the new format for selecting courses. They changed it a while back, and it's no longer as straightforward to browse through courses.

testing happens all in one place, admin and personal login.
