The best ever tool that we use almost daily to share updates about our SaaS Products

With KuikFeed, I am able to publish changelogs about my SaaS products. Being in the SaaS industry requires keeping track of the changelogs, and KuikFeed is helping me with this. I can easily manage my categories, push updates, and share with my clients using a shareable link or we can embed the page somewhere.The best thing I liked about KuikFeed is that I can add a custom domain to fully white-label the page that shows my brand name, and logo only. Also, I can easily customize the categories. One more thing that I liked is that I can upload photos that too are hosted by KuikFeed.KuikFeed is a small but must-have tool if your product demands that changelogs should be published.

The easy-to-use interface, quick changelog creation, and customer support.

Cons:

We can't change the domain easily if we add the domain previously. e.g. Suppose I added a domain called changelogs.example.com to the changelog saved as "Changelog 1". Now after doing some work with the tool, I changed my mind about changing the custom domain from the previous one to the new one (suppose logs.example.com. I can change it easily. But the real story begins now... After doing some work, I wanted to come back and change my domain from logs.example.com to changelogs.example.com, it's not possible unless you contact the support team.This is not a big issue but it should be streamlined to speed up the process.

Reasons for choosing KuickFeed

KuikFeed allows me to add a custom domain and make the page a full white label, while the alternative tool that I chose still shows branding in the footer section. KuikFeed is easy to use, and fast tool compared with GetBeamer.

Changelogs done beautifully

Very pleasant experience, it was really easy to setup, with tutorials to help you along the way through each and every step, as for support -a real deal breaker for me-, this is one of those instances where the support team actually stand by their customers.

Simple, ease of use, intuitive, beautiful UI, easy to customize, just to name a few, I love how quickly I can add anything I create with a few clicks, and if I need to revert any change, all I have to do is look back at the previous feeds.

I am not a developer but more of a marketer. Hence I give this review from the perspective of a marketer. I do build websites and track my google ads. I am using this tool for recording the changes that I make to google ads, facebook ads, split testing , website and shopify pages. The best thing is that in the team plan, entire team can be in same page. No longer does the team need to ask what changes have been made. And if ever we need to roll back changes in our shopify account or landing pages, one needs to just look at kuickfeed and roll it back. Complete freedom from google spreadsheet.

Cons:

UI could be more user friendly. Integration needs to be added to pabbly connect so that change logs can be directly made simply by filling the form or sending a message.

Cons:

Bit of an initial learning curve to setup but still intuitive for anyone familiar with this type of software.

In regards to the switch from Headway to Kuickfeed, we found that Kuickfeed offered better value for our needs. Not only did Kuickfeed offer similar functionality to Headway, but in some cases, even better functionality.

Kuickfeed is a user-friendly and efficient changelog builder that has made it incredibly easy for us to communicate updates and changes to our product. Cons:

While Kuickfeed offers a lot of great features, we did find that some of the more advanced customization options were limited. Additionally, we would appreciate more flexibility in the design of the changelog.
