Every ECO I submit is kicked back because some tiny checkbox I didn't notice wasn't selected, some files I entered defaulted to the wrong settings, some input I made wasn't saved because the UI requires to much interaction for each feature.

Typically when we contact Propel support, they are helpful in explaining what is wrong, but they are not proactive about helping us make changes to our system.
