AutoCAD vs FreeCAD: Which is best for you?

As an architect, AutoCAD is an essential tool for creating all types of drawings (floor plans, elevations, electrical layouts, ceiling plans, etc.).

AutoCAD licensing is very expensive and the limitations in which graphics cards they will work with is sometimes limited for enterprise support.

I think some Pros could be: supports the creation of 3D parametric components, which is essential for designing complex objects and assemblies; is available on multiple platforms; is designed to be modular and extensible

Snap function work very bad, dimensioning won't work and things go into error what ever you try to do.
