Best LIMS Platform

QBench is a fantastic platform. We have had no major issues and I wouldn't operate another facility without QBench LIMS.

Pros:

QBench is highly cusomizable, which allows organizations the ability to make this software be whatever they desire. The ability to build custom filters and assign to specific users for specific work flows is fantastic and an easy way to show users what is important to them. The API is also fantastic, which allows you to build any type of integrations you would like.

Cons:

QBench could improve the speed of the UI specifically on pages with large amounts of data. Along with raw speed, QBench could improve the speed consistency of its system. However this gripe is far from a work stop.

Reasons for choosing QBench

CC did not provide a viable LIMS solutions. It was 99% customer portal 1% LIMS.

Corporate decision for potential political reasons.

Overall I think it's a great LIMs system! It can be tailored to your type of lab as well.

Pros:

It's easy to enter in test samples and orders and it goes very quick.

Cons:

Sometimes the loading can be delayed when you have more than 30 samples with tests to upload and it can say it has not saved the tests when it had indeed.
