DivvyHQ is a cloud-based content marketing solution that caters to content teams in large agencies, media companies and publishers. Key features include audience targeting, brand management, multi-channel publishing, conversation tracking and an editorial calendar.
DivvyHQ enables users to leverage features such as automated workflows and notifications, review and approval routing and direct publishing to multiple channels. The solution's real-time dashboard and shared content calendars provide users with information about the status of their projects and helps them to monitor their teams' performance.
Additionally, DivvyHQ offers users a single collaboration platform for their team members that helps them to share information and resources with each other. It also supports integration with various third-party applications that include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Dropbox, Google Drive and WordPress. Services to users are offered on an annual or monthly subscription basis. Support is offered to users via phone and email.

Many projects require the input of multiple stakeholders/contributors, and Divvy makes this fairly simple. More transparent, so easier to maintain alignment.

Overall I'd say Divvy does about 3/4 of what we'd like it to do. I think it's a little over-priced, and it's annoying to have them always dinging us if we add a new user. One price should include a reasonable amount of users -- say up to 50 -- on a corporate account. And it's not about the dollars so much as it is the hassle of getting a new PO and all that stuff.

Much better than what we had before, it's really nice to contain all content production tasks in one website. Divvy functions as my project manager. Before this, we were using Basecamp and Google Spreadsheets, sometimes things slip through the cracks between the two. The calendar function is nice so we can anticipate when a project will come to our team.
