Facebook Business Suite - Managing Your Business On the Go

I love it. I use it daily and I like being able to manage and switch between all the profiles I help admin. I just recently helped a friend get the business suite app on his phone so that he could better market his own business.

I really love how I can switch between business pages that I manage. I also like that I can do this on my phone.

Cons:

One issue I have is that oftentimes, if I try to comment or like something as my self, I have been changed to the page admin. Not a big issue, but I have seen other page admins have trouble with this.

Business Suite is not better

Overall, I am not a big fan of Business Suite. I prefer being in each app separately. It does not make things better.

I like that you can schedule posts ahead of time and not have to worry about it. You can see the best times for posts

Cons:

I don't like that you can't follow or comment on Instagram. They're tied together yet you need to be in the Instagram app to have more features outside just posting.

My favorite parts of the Meta app are post creation, its many features, post scheduling, and being able to manage my business social media account with total ease.

Cons:

The only issue I had with the meta app was the pricing as far as ad management. If the ads pricing were a bit more affordable that would be the only change I would have to ask for.

Facebook Meta Suite is a great tool for managing both Facebook and Instagram accounts in one place. Having access to multiple direct message inboxes in a single view makes communication more organized and simplified. The post scheduling feature is especially convenient, eliminating the need for additional scheduling tools. Plus, the Ad Manager within Meta Business Suite is powerful and easy to use.

Cons:

The only thing I don’t like about Facebook Meta Suite is that there are multiple ways to navigate to different pages, which can get confusing. I find myself going in circles trying to get where I need to be.

Perfect ecosystem for social media tools

Overall, I enjoy the use of a platform that makes it extremely efficient to manage multiple pages on Facebook and Instagram. Customer support could be much better but if the trade off is the variety of tasks I can complete, I’ll take it.
