Pros:

It gives you lots of insights on your analytics/data. This can be very helpful for marketing, i.e it can tell you the best time of day to post.

Cons:

It's confusing to navigate. I find it very difficult to figure out how to do paid ads, and it's hard to figure out the difference between an ad and boosting.

Good tool to manage everything for my online business and profile.

It has helped me plan and set aside time to schedule weekly content so I’m not scrambling every morning. It gives me more air cover to talk to customers and see what’s happening with our posts.

I love that I can post to Facebook and Instagram at the same time and check insights without having to go back and forth between the apps. It’s useful when I’m multitasking.

Cons:

Some elements do not load properly at all, especially the scheduled posts, they randomly disappear or are delayed. And the mobile app is very laggy.

Facebook has given me worldwide access to groups of people that need my services and products. Im able to full advertise and market my business effectively. I especially love the contact options.

Cons:

The algorithm is not so great sometimes and spam has become an ongoing issue on the site. Other than that its great.

This is a great platform to showcase your company/business. It helps keep clients as well as staff in the know and is a great organization tool to help in running a business and making it marketable.

Cons:

The only cons is the login privacy. It’s a little difficult to change over the account but this is also a positive because it makes it makes me feel secure in the business privacy.

A "necessary evil"

A "necessary evil" would be a little too exaggerated to describe it but if you're into its mandatory to get familiar with it, no matter how much you like it or hate it.
