iContact allocates a wide range of free email templates which makes it a breeze to create, customize and send high volume outbound emails.

Aside from the price, iContact's user interface did not receive many updates and increasing looked more and more out of date.

Klaviyo continues to be the industry leader in helping e-commerce store operators, easily segment, personalize, and set up automations that drive revenue, and build owned audiences.

Last time I checked it was based on the number of subscribers we have and how many messages we can send. And all of the otehr tools they are coming out with are all a bit expensive for what they do.
