This is not a CRM, it is only a reporting tool, with a beautiful display for the status and stage of projects. But this tool cannot be called CRM, not designed for the people to work and maintain the records and plan on how to improve the customer.

I can collect extensive data from each call and make changes on the fly, a feature that is both incredible and priceless.

With other CRMs/dialers, I find that my contacts are dialed in the exact same order every day, which doesn’t allow me to easily randomize the time each lead is called or texted.
