Great tool for growing your affiliate audience

Overall we were very happy with lead Dyno and even though we have switched to another product there are still some features we miss that lead dyno has that our new soft does not.

Lead dyno makes it easy to find and attract new affiliates and also makes it easy to pay them weekly through payapl.

Cons:

Although its a great way to get started with growing your affiliate audience it may not be the best solution long term. We actually switched to wooly because it has more robust campaign management.

Good for beginner influencer programs

Overall, I like LeadDyno. It’s very straight forward when it comes to the approval process and creating the form. There are a few things I wish could have been customized more than the software allowed, but it is overall a very pleasant software to use. Very easy to learn and navigate if you haven’t used an influencer program before.

Pros:

I really loved how nice the initial form looked once customized and integrated on our website. I was very clean and straightforward. I also liked the interface that the influencers see when they log in, it makes it very easy for them to track their codes and earnings.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was no way to customize the automatic payment method. My team had previously set our payouts to only occur when the influencer had earned a certain amount of money, but LeadDyno only goes off time increments. Additionally, I felt like I could never get the integration with our other softwares set up the way they were using our previous program. For example, I had to manually create all influencer codes on our website backend instead of LeadDyno making them.

Reasons for switching to LeadDyno

We had a few consistent issues with the tracking from our website to Affiliatly and the back end was very confusing to learn how to navigate.

This software is very easy to understand. The features are laid out in such a way that it makes setup and customizations extremely easy to do.

Cons:

Our website traffic has been insufficiently tracked, but all has been handled by customer service - which is great! A wider selection of statistics would be nice, to truly understand how well the software is doing.

Reasons for switching to LeadDyno

Paid for software for two years and it never integrated with our website. Losing money for no service.

Pros:

I liked the flexibility to develop various tiered commission structures with the help of LeadDyno. Gaining insight into the traffic-to-conversion ratios made me more privileged when it comes to bargaining with some partners or revising their compensations.

Cons:

Some problems appeared with tracking affiliates with the help of tracking pixels on Shopify especially if multiple ways of checkout are available. Tracking of some sales also did not import properly and had to be resolved via support help.

I liked that the affiliate tracking allows me to view the status of conversion per the referral link. We can easily select the users with high performance for rewarding and the automated referral email campaigns saves time in regularly emailing the users commonly used templates.

Cons:

I could not sort the reports by geography, or by the source of traffic which would have been useful in fine-tuning marketing initiatives. Data filtering is generally also confined and challenging when operating across specific periods of time.

By means of LeadDyno I created the rule that automatically invites customers after the purchase to join the ranks of brand evangelists. This alone led to organic influencer growth, increased my campaign reach and the referral link generator also sits well within my CRM.

Cons:

I failed to segment data depending on certain product lines, thus making it challenging to report performance to the stakeholders. There was unease with synchronizing the conversions with third-party checkout tools at times needed fine-tuning.

I wanted an affiliate tracking software and did some googling, bumped into many, but then decided to try LeadDyno. First, the website from the outside is nice and simply straight to the point. Next, the experience with the platform has been amazing and my client can't get enough of it. Leaddyno has an amazing UI that is absolutely easy to understand even for a noob. You get clear information on every lead, and track activities. Apart from having a nice admin interface, Leaddyno is also very user friendly for affiliates/influencers. it makes it really simple for them to get their affiliate links. I will recommend LeadDyno to anyone who wants to gain affiliates and manage them properly.

Cons:

The support is really sickening. I once had an issue, couldn't get the held I needed. Fixed it myself in the long run.

Easy to use and gets you referrals - Great work guys!

We were looking for an affiliate tracking software to integrate into our ecommerce site. As we use a bigcommerce platform, Leaddyno was suggested and we decided to take the plunge despite not knowing much about it. It has been a great move! Easy to integrate into our ecommerce, full tracking of sales and commissions, and our affiliates love how they can view all their sales and commissions online easily and quickly. With the Leaddyno's affiliate referral system we have even managed to pick up a couple of new customers who are also affiliates with the automated emails. Customer support has also been very efficient and helpful and rectifies any issues in real time which is a real comfort. There is definitely more potential here to expand our business buy using Leaddyno, so thank you for creating this system!
