monday CRM vs Planhat: Which is best for you?

I use it every day to manage project timelines, task tracking, and internal coordination, and it also plays a key role in supporting our marketing operations.

When multiple team members are working on the same board at the same time, I still notice some minor instability or slowdowns. Since I manage large teams, this happens relatively often and can affect productivity during peak collaboration times.

To do that we had to integrate our CRM, our back office, Chargebee, Aircall, NPS by Promotor, ... and it was all feasible and within a proper timing.

I don't find the integrations panel intuitive to use, particulary the sync with Salesforce is quite complicated to manage and solve basic use cases
